Health Works can help you to improve your quality of life.
Set a Personal Health Improvement Target (PHIT) to help you to change your life in a positive way and make achievable steps forward e.g. to stop smoking, lose weight or get back into education.
Get out and about with our weekly walking groups and other activities. Gain new skills and qualifications on our training courses, or volunteer to make a difference to your community and to yourself.
