| Buddy | One-to-one support. Helping clients to get involved in HealthWorks activities | Clients who are doing HealthWorks activities |
| Admin | Duties include helping with sorting the post, typing up documents, creating posters and other admin-related tasks | HealthWorks staff |
| Shadow a worker | Follow the worker on anything they do to gain more skills and knowledge | HealthWorks staff/other professionals |
| Festivals/events Assistant | Support HealthWorks staff with a stall, hand out information on activities, make smoothies and fruit kebab’s etc. | HealthWorks staff |
| Groups Assistant/Organiser | Support to open their own activity/support an activity that’s ongoing. Groups include Health Walks, Gym and Swim, Chaucer School Gym, Circuit Training, Get a float, World of Dance, M.O.R.E Recovery, Toddler group, Arts at HealthWorks, Woman’s Self Defence) | Clients and other volunteers/ HealthWorks staff |
| Tutor buddy | Supports everyone on the courses. Will be friendly and make everyone feel welcome | Clients |
| Funding Bids Assistant | Sourcing funding for activities with the support of HealthWorks staff | HealthWorks staff & volunteers |
| Finance/ book keeping Assistant | Support our finance worker in keeping HealthWorks records up to date | Finance worker at HealthWorks |
| Youth Champion | Recruit youths 13+, produce posters/news letters, new ideas, support youths in activities and identify funding streams | HealthWorks volunteer coordinator and PHITS workers |
| Youth Project Development Assistant | Work along side HealthWorks staff to help secure finance for development in the Youth Project | HealthWorks volunteer coordinators and PHITS workers |
| Homeless Project Development Assistant | Work along side HealthWorks staff to help secure finance for development in the Homeless Project | HealthWorks volunteer coordinators and PHITS workers |
| PHITS Project Development Assistant | Work along side HealthWorks staff to help secure finance for development in the Citywide PHITS | HealthWorks volunteer coordinators and PHITS workers |
| Volunteer coordinator Assistant | Support the volunteer coordinator, mainly office based, project development, fundraising, attending meetings, administration | HealthWorks volunteer coordinator and other volunteers. |
| Gym & swim buddy | Support vulnerable adults 16+ in the gym. | HealthWorks PHITS worker |
| Member of Management Committee | Play a key role in deciding the organisation’s future direction | Community representatives, directors, trustees, advisers |
| IT Assistant | Assist with IT maintenance and other administrative tasks | IT Administrator, Health Works Staff, volunteers |
