Healthy U
Would you like practical advice and information on how to improve your lifestyle? Healthy U is a personalised course that looks at how you can improve your health, from cooking on a budget to looking after your teeth. This course generally runs between 4-6 weeks, with each session lasting two hours.
The course content includes:
- Healthy eating recipes
- Oral health
- Positive body image
- Benefits of exercise
- Debt management and budgeting
- Food labeling
- Daily recommended guidelines of sugar, fat and salt intake
- Looking at individuals’ health
