New Year New You

We have an exciting range of activities starting/continuing in January these include Walking Groups, Chairobics and Gentle Exercise, Friendly Gym Club, Belly Dancing. Sports Taster Sessions for people who aren’t very sporty these include Table Tennis, Badminton, Walking and Fun with Hula Hoops.

Keep a look out for more exciting activities coming up… Wellbeing Event and Personal Development Course, Healthy Living Course and an accredited Employability Course.
