Our community health services
Health Works has a 20 year history of delivering innovative community based health and wellbeing projects.
Community Consultation
In 1999 Health Works helped organise a Health Needs Assessment for the Southey Owlerton Area. This forward thinking research was presented via a conference at the Sheffield Wednesday Ground and used as a model of good practice by Sheffield University. The findings of the research have since informed the philosophy and approach of the organisation since.
